As part of our pledge to keep customer satisfaction at its best, we are glad to accept returns for the first 30 days (Adult DVDs can be returned only if they are unopened or faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect) where the product may have manufacturers defect. All returns must be itemized by the Customer and then authorized by your Customer Service Agent. Your Returned Merchandise Authorization number must be clearly marked on each package. Please note that all RMA’s expire after 30 days. Defective merchandise and items with concealed damages from shipping will be the only merchandise authorized for return. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and free of all retail markings, tags or stickers. Any returned items not meeting these criteria will be subject a 20% re-stocking fee and deducted from any credit issued. There are no returns on seasonal items such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas or any special orders. On these orders all sales are final. All persons pictured on the packaging in this catalog were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography. With respect to any picture appearing on the packaging of this product and/or any graphical materials associated with it, any depiction of sexually explicit conduct is simulated as those terms are defined in connection with the labeling act 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations and the depictions are therefore exempt from the record keeping and disclosure requirements thereof.

Ordering & Pricing:  These prices are subject to change without notice as the Manufacturers adjust their pricing. Risquexperience is not responsible for image or pricing errors.

Shipping:  We make every effort to ship the same day of order placement.  When not possible, we ship the next business day.   While our initial fill-rate is exceptionally high, we will ship any backorders at the customer’s request.  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless another carrier is specified by the customer.  The customer is responsible for all applicable freight, insurance, shipping and handling and charges.

Refused Orders: Will result in the customer being charged a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable freight and handling charges. We will re-ship the order at the customer’s request with the additional freight charges added.  In the unlikely event that an order is refused due to the fault of Risquexperience, the order will be reshipped at no additional charge and expedited to arrive as required.

DAMAGES and SHORTAGES: All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent, salable condition. Any damages or shortages must be reported to your Customer Support Department at Risquexperience within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If the cartons are delivered opened, re-taped or visibly damaged, you must file a claim immediately with your carrier.  Please save all cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier.
